Sieko Japan came out with a unique style watch which uses a series of moving aluminum wheels to tell time. It might seem a little complicated, but it is the easiest way to tell time. Each component of the hour has its own wheel and works as one in tell time. The seconds have their own wheel as well as the minutes and hours. Not officially launched in North America, but sources say its available on Ebay for $890.

“A set of three numbered discs continuously rotate to display hours, minutes and seconds. The wheels are are partially masked by a frosted glass face with a clear glass window highlighting the current time.”

Japanese company AD-TECH launched the world’s smallest and lightest blue tooth headset. It is claimed to provide 3 hours of talk time and 100 hours of stand by. The design was made with the concern of people’s ergonomic issue of having a little to much weight on their ears. No status on availability in the United States, but available in Japan for 8,980 yens.

“It is truly miniature with dimensions of 0.9” x 0.86” x 1.2” and weight of only 0.01 oz (5 grams).”

The e-Mimi-Kun, which stands for “good ear boy” was introduce to the Japanese market for the cell phones users that are usually work in noisy areas. It is produce by tech giant Sanyo and NS-ELEX a tiny electronic manufacturer. The earphone which transmits conversation to the ear canal has also a tiny microphone which can pick up the voice through the speakers Eustachian tube that connects to the speakers ear. The white 1/8 jack wire available at $350 and the blue blue tooth one for $530.

“The earpiece connects to a small box, about the size of a business card, that amplifies both ingoing and outgoing sounds and uses Sanyo’s noise-canceling circuits to deaden ambient sound.”

The Akron Police Department got to test out the “Corner Shot” wihich offers the good chance to hit their target and instead getting their head blowned off. This guns is able to swivel and offer a clear view on a little monitor to hit the target from the corner. One of these puppies cost anywhere from $5000-$10000 depedning on attachments added.

“It’s called “Corner Shot”, and it allows officers to load their sidearm into an expandable arm that extends around a corner. Using a video monitor to see that target, the officer can fire a round at a 90-degree angle while staying protected behind cover.”
